For the third time, Mouton Cadet will be the Official Wine of The Ryder Cup, which will take place at Le Golf National in France in September 2018. Mouton Cadet Limited Edition was especially created for the 2018 Ryder Cup and fully symbolises this partnership.
This exclusive Bordeaux wine was created by the American winemaker Chiara Mondavi, and the Frenchman Pierre Lambert, master winemaker of Mouton Cadet. Their collaborationn enchoes the long-standing shared history of the Mondavi and Rothschild families, built on mutual trust and prestigious wines. Together, they pay tribute to a legendary competition in which Europe and the United States face each other in a spirit of true sportsmanship.
The Mouton Cadet Ryder Cup 2018 Limited Edition bottle features an innovative design, with a cloud of key words, highlighting the similarities which link the world of wine to the world of golf : respect, tradition, prestige, and teamwork.
The 2018 Ryder Cup, the 42ème in its history, will be played from 28th to 30th September 2018 on the Albatros Course at Le Golf National near Paris, with the USA team defending ther position as current champions.
The bottle will be available in limited quantities on seleted markets (UK) and served exclusively on Le Golf National premises during the days of the competition.
